Watercolour painting: This style involves painting with water based, thin paint. This painting dries very quickly and so blending is quite difficult. Acrylic painting: It is a quick-drying paint made of pigments that are bound together with an acrylic polymer. It is in-between the watercolor and oil paint. When acrylic paint is diluted with water or other mediums, the acrylic painting can be conferred its own unique look or it can be bestowed with the characteristics of either watercolor or oil painting.
